Chili Piper provides a meeting scheduler that allows customers and prospects to book meetings with your staff at times that suit them. This integration enables you to add this functionality to your Formulayt gates.
Setup Process
Step 1: Create Required Fields
Create a hidden field e.g. CP_routerID to store the "ChiliPiper Router ID" value
This allows you to use rules or gate editor fields to make the router configurable on both form type and gate basis
Step 2: Activate and Configure the Integration
Navigate to the Apps area in Formulayt.
Open your Chili Piper integration.
Configure the following settings:
Domain: Enter your Chili Piper domain.
Router Field: Select the field containing the Chili Piper Router ID from the dropdown list.
Lead Object Field Mapping: Specify how Formulayt fields should be mapped to the Chili Piper Lead Object fields.
API Options Mapping (Optional): Specify how Formulayt fields should be mapped to Chili Piper API configuration settings on each submission.
Note: This allows values captured by Formulayt to be passed directly to supported Chili Piper API options. Step 3: Complete the Integration
Click Update to save your configuration
Clear the application cache to apply the changes
After completing these steps, your Formulayt gates will be able to connect with Chili Piper to offer scheduling functionality to your users.
