Integrate Chili Piper's meeting scheduler to allow prospects to book appointments directly through your gates after form submission.

Chili Piper provides a meeting scheduler that allows customers and prospects to book meetings with your staff at times that suit them. This integration enables you to add this functionality to your Formulayt gates.

Setup Process

Step 1: Create Required Fields

  1. Create a hidden field to store the "ChiliPiper Router ID" value

    • This allows you to use rules or gate editor fields to make the router configurable on both form type and gate basis

Step 2: Activate and Configure the Integration

  1. Navigate to the Apps Area in Formulayt

  2. Activate the Chili Piper integration

  3. Configure the integration by providing:

    • Your Chili Piper Domain

    • The Router field you created earlier (select it from the dropdown list)

    • Field mapping specifications (how Formulayt fields map to the Chili Piper lead object)

Step 3: Complete the Integration

  1. Click Update to save your configuration

  2. Clear the application cache to apply the changes

After completing these steps, your Formulayt gates will be able to connect with Chili Piper to offer scheduling functionality to your users.
