Formulayt allows you to submit form data to multiple platforms. This is useful when different submission types need different destinations, such as sending marketing inquiries to Eloqua while routing customer support requests to Salesforce.
Setting up multi-platform submissions
To enable multi-platform submissions, you must first:
Activate and configure each integration platform you want to use
Set up your form submission routing
Step 1: Configure your integrations
Configure each platform integration that will receive your form data. For detailed integration instructions, visit our Platform Integrations documentation.
Step 2: Set default submission destination
Configure the default destination for all form submissions:
Go to Setup > Settings > Forms > Submissions and validation
Select your default submission platform
If required, provide a Default Submission URL
Form-specific destinations
You can override the default submission destination for specific form types:
Goto Setup > Form Types and select the relevant form type from the list
Choose the Form submission destination platform (HTTPS, Eloqua, Salesforce, etc.)
Enter any required platform-specific information
Platform-specific form ID fields
When using certain integrated platforms, you can control the exact form destination using hidden fields:
Platform | Hidden Field Name | Purpose |
Eloqua | elqFormName | Sets the Eloqua form that receives submissions |
Marketo | marketoFormIDOverride | Sets the Marketo form ID for submissions |
HubSpot | hubspotFormIDOverride | Sets the HubSpot form ID for submissions |
Add these hidden fields to your forms when you need to route submissions to specific forms within the target platform.
