Using the Gate Scheduler

The Gate Scheduler lets you control when your Gates go live and when they expire. You can schedule Gates to appear and disappear automatically at specific dates and times.

What is the Gate Scheduler?

The Gate Scheduler allows you to automate gate availability, with scheduling you can:

  • Set a gate to go live at a specific date and time

  • Set a gate to close at a specific date and time

  • Specify the timezone to schedule in

  • Display custom messages before a gate opens and after it closes

This removes the need for manual updates, ensures your campaigns run on time, and improves user experience with clear messaging.

Why Use the Gate Scheduler?

The Gate Scheduler helps you plan and manage time-sensitive campaigns, common use cases include:

  • Event registration - Open and close sign-ups at specific times

  • Campaign launches - Schedule gates ahead of marketing activity

  • Holiday planning - Prepare campaigns before breaks or downtime

  • Limited-time content - Restrict access to specific time windows

How to Use the Gate Scheduler

  1. Contact your account manager to enable this feature, if not already enabled.

  2. Open the gate you want to schedule and navigate to Form

  3. Scroll down to Schedule/expire gate and toggle this to Yes
