Using the Support Messenger

The Support Messenger gives you instant access to help inside your Formulayt account. You can ask questions, create tickets, track requests, and browse the Knowledge Base, all from one place.

Opening the Support Messenger

When you log in to Formulayt, you will see a Blue button in the bottom right corner, clicking on this will open the Support Messenger and from here you can:

  • Chat with the AI agent Fin

  • Create a support ticket

  • Check your existing tickets

  • Access the Knowledge Base


Chat with Fin (AI Support)

Fin is an AI agent trained on Formulayt content. Fin answers questions and helps you navigate the platform.

Use Fin for:

  • General questions about Formulayt

  • Help finding features or settings

  • Guidance on using the platform

Fin is available instantly, 24/7.

How to chat with Fin

  1. Click the Blue button in the bottom right

  2. Select “Ask a question”

  3. Enter your question

You can also:

  • Attach files

  • Use emojis or GIFs

  • Record voice notes

Fin will search for answers and provide relevant Knowledge Base articles. If Fin cannot resolve your query, you can request human support. The system transfers your full conversation to the Support team.

View past conversations with Fin

You can access previous chats at any time.

To view past conversations:

  1. Open the Support Messenger

  2. Select Messages from the menu bar

Messages are ordered by latest activity, with the most recent at the top.


Create a Support Ticket

You can create a support ticket directly from the Support Messenger.

How to create a ticket

  1. Click the Blue button in the bottom right

  2. Select a ticket type under “Create a ticket”

  3. Add a title and short description

  4. Click “Create a ticket”

View and Manage Your Tickets

You can review, update, and manage tickets from both the messenger and the Ticket Portal.

View tickets in the Support Messenger

  1. Click the Blue button in the bottom right

  2. Select Tickets from the menu bar

You will see all tickets you have raised or followed. Tickets are sorted by latest activity.

View tickets in the Ticket Portal

  1. Click Help in the top right of your account

  2. Select Support tickets

The Ticket Portal includes two tabs:

  • My tickets – Tickets you have raised or follow

  • All tickets – All tickets associated with your account

You can:

  • Filter tickets by state or type

  • Search for specific tickets

Interact with tickets in the Ticket Portal

To check or reply to a ticket:

  • Select the speech icon to open the conversation in the messenger

  • View status and previous messages

  • Send updates or additional information

To follow a ticket:

  • Select the plus icon

  • Track updates and join the conversation


Access the Knowledge Base

You can search and read Knowledge Base articles directly in the Support Messenger.

How to access the Knowledge Base

  1. Click the Blue button in the bottom right

  2. Scroll to Search for help or select Help from the menu bar

  3. Use the search bar to find relevant articles

The Knowledge Base provides guides, tutorials, and best practices for using Formulayt.
